Accountability and Transparency in Financial Management among Secondary School Principals

The purpose of this study is to explore the implementation practices related accountability and transparency practiced by school principals in financial management. In depth interviews were conducted among at selected public schools Kuala Lumpur where management being implemented. Thematic analysis was used analyze data researcher NVivo 12 software during phase. Findings showed that there serious need training for principals, finance committee elected staff representatives, level finances principal a great concern one source conflict lack support monitoring from district offices. implication suggestion briefly discussed study.
